Markus and E-man met while E-man was DJing in Stockholm. After the gig, they decided to go into the studio and create something together.
Markus Enochson has been writing and producing music since his early childhood years. With a strong soul and jazz sensibility, Markus has created his own unique blend of house music that is easily recognized. In the last two years Markus has enjoyed worldwide recognition. He collaborated with James Ingram and Masters At Work on the critically, acclaimed hit, "Lean On Me" and his previous collaboration with E-man, "I am The Road", also released on MAW, was a house music anthem in the summer of 2002. Through the years, E-Man has played at a diverse selection of NYC's top bars and clubs. In 1997 E-Man co-founded his most popular weekly event to date, Bang The Party. This intimate underground house music party, where E-Man held DJ residency, quickly gained local and international acclaim. During a trip to Chicago in 1999, E-Man met talented producer Daryn "DJ Quad" Brandon and employed his help to produce his first record "Day By Day", released in early 2000. He produced and remixed several follow-ups, but it wasn't until 2001 that he earned international recognition for his collaboration with Jon Cutler, "It's Yours" on Chez Music. Soon after, "Where I Live" was released in 2002 on Kerri Chandler's Sphere Records, followed up by his first collaboration with Markus, "I Am The Road". Now, togehter again, Markus and E-man bring you "Musical Prayer" on Wave Music featuring beautiful guitar, funky drums, smooth keys and E-Man's signature spoken word.
