We are working with several carriers, both national and international who are extending us what we believe to be fair prices for the costs of shipping physical goods to you. All packages are insured up to the paid value of the item (except for Airmail Letter Post). In the event of damage or loss to any such package, you are required to notify said carrier within a certain time after receiving it. By selecting a shipping method on our site, you implicitly accept the most current revision of their 'Terms and Conditions' and all its limitations.
All U.S. domestic orders are shipped using a trackable shipping service.
For international customers, we recommend that you select Mark III, which offers tracking of your shipment, as that method dramatically lowers the odds of your merchandise being lost or misplaced. In the event you elect to use 'Airmail Letter Post', we shall not be held liable for the loss of said merchandise and offer any refunds or replacement if your package gets lost, undelivered or damaged, because it is a non-trackable shipping method.
Please allow an average of one week for our merchandise department to prepare and ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped.
