nice mixer...i have the same mixer and i thing that is a good rotary mixer...the only "bad" thing on it are the chip plastic knobs...really bad on this mixer...

That's a 4-band isolator on the right of the mixer? And does the cue system have cue/prgm blend knob or multi-channel cueing?

EQ not an Isolator, yes it's 4 band.

If u look close enuff on the CUE section...it has CUE , CUE+PROGRAM or PROGRAM alone. No Split Cue though.

It doesn't have individual channel gains, though. How do you work out the difference in volumes? Do you adjust the master out and channel outs of the current channel playing to get it to match up with the cue so you can hear them both enough in the headphones? The little bluedog's got a 3-way blend switch, too, but it's sort of a pain. Oh, and what's unity on those rotaries, 10?

It doesnt have individual gain as you can see.

I try to play @ 7 on the volume, so i have enough headroom for adding more volume on the other tracks.

You play the same way you in your other rotary mixers.
