Details & Voicing of the SBS Electronics S series & M Series Amplifiers

The SBS Electronics S series - Stereo, & M Series - Mono Block series Amplifiers will be offered as a traditional power amp line with massive power supplies and storage Capacity.

The SBS Electronics HIFI amplifiers are voiced to sound Amazing, they are extremely fast, very dynamic with very wide frequency response, for a very open and musical sound. They are rated conservativly with true continuous Specs..

Transformer offerings:

The larger Stereo & Mono series SBS amplifiers will be available with Teroidal or E-I Transformers at the clients request.

The Smaller S series amps for High freq devices such as compression drivers or Tweeters with Teroidal transformers only.

For Large SBS Electronics Amplifiers I will offer 4 SBS Electronics Mono Blocks, The M1,M2,M3 & M4 respectively.

SBS Electronics Amp Specs:

The power ratings of SBS Electronics S Series, The M1,M2, M3, M4 Mono Block series Amplifiers are true real world ratings, not rated @ 1K or from 20 - 20k, from full freq resp rated of ea amp..

If I was to rate the SBS Electronics Amp line as the industry does today with other amp brands @ 1k, or from 20 to 20K, the SBS S series, the M Series amplifiers would put out considerably more power per ch or per mono block

Perhaps you can explain this... The inside of a Thrive Iona (pic from the Thrive website) from a few years back seems to look exactly the same as your new SBS-S4 internals you posted on your facebook. Perhaps you posted a pic of the Thrive internals as the S4 accidentally?

We couldnt have an exact copy of the older design even if we wanted to with key parts being discontinued in the older designs.

For SBS Designs amplifiers, key parts are made to order & Spec for SBS Designs amplifiers exclusively.

FYI the internal layout has been used by my Engineer / Designer for 20 yrs and we will keep using it!

Well I guess I'm just confused, maybe you can clarify for everyone. Those amps look identical internally down to the heat shrink color. So you're saying the SBS is a copy of the currently still in production and original Thrive design, with a more readily available parts design?

I think he was saying the SBS units have custom spec components...
