Estacy, don't be fooled. This was talked about years ago and what you see is how they are cleaned before they are taken apart. I talked to him about this when it was first posted in 2007 and he told me that he ultrasonic cleans all components with special chemicals that neutralizes the water residue and then restores whatever needs done before he ever begins a rebuild. That is how they did it years ago and it must work because there are a lot of 35+ year old BOZAK mixers still going today.

Yeah, if he uses ultrasonic cleansing, then no problem. I didn't know the backstory. if you remove the water residue and clean the pots, then I too see no harm

damn... thats a high tech sink!!! ultrasonic cleaning and everything... i bet it gets his socks socks real white too!!!
