They do seem to lack consistency in their layouts... the flex-fx thing is a welcome addition. Using an EFX with the 92 is a pain.
Only thing I don't like is the crossfader assigns (even though I rarely ever use a crossfader)... you can assign each channel to X or Y, then enable/disable the crossfader with a separate button. Why not just do an X/Post/Y switch per channel? More flexible.
Oh, the USB connection on the top is another oddity. Unless there's another one on the back, then it's fine
I do love the cue buttons on the Xone's. Much more rugged than the ones on my 2016a.
