Just to make sure that we are talking about the same thing.

The Master Headphone signal i'm talking about is for the INPUT CUE - MASTER OUT Blend function. Not the input Channel CUE signal.
It makes sence with the ISO not in the HP Master signal but shouldn't it be possible to listen to the Master signal with the Effect Loop ?

I think that a Switch with PRE/POST Master Effect Loop / ISO is the best, at least for the Effect Loop.

Scotty, just had an email back off Jérome

As expected he didnt give much away, all he said was the image you put together was not exactly the same as his new mixer and it wouldnt have XLR on output to make it cheaper and smaller?

Still looking at the end of September, early October release so guess we'll have to wait until then...oh well

I hope:
- 4 programs with a 3 band (deep cutting) bauxandall EQ with a fair boost
- No ISO (or each program its own ISO, but thats perhaps a bit to expensive an option...)
- Post EQ PFL, PGM/master blend knob
- XLR out, pleaaaaaaaaaaase! Rather that than only RCA, wouldn't be a real showstopper... but still..
- (+ I need only 1 line in per channel, so make phono optional.. )

...Would be THE accomplice to Traktor Pro for me and possibly a huge market for Jerome

Nice design Scotty, but I don't think I'd get a 2 channel rotary mixer, if one pot goes bad you gotta fix the mixer immediately. I see you don't use a microphone or effects? In the dark, after a few drinks the booth and headphone knob become closer and closer. Hiccup...

I see your point about it becoming a very expensive paperweight should a channel go out. Definitely something to consider that I hadn't.

Regarding mic and efx - nope, I have zero need or desire for those features. Actually, let me rephrase that. I have zero need/desire for effects, but I do very occasionally (and reluctantly) need a mic, but someone else pointed out earlier in this thread that there are ways to get a mic signal in with a discrete mic input. With a chassis size this compact, I was stripping features down to the absolute essential ones only.

A couple booth and headphone knob bumps I can handle, main knob I can't which is why it's larger and positioned the way it is. Again, all about real estate.

Been meaning to add these pics for a while. This is how mine is transported.

It's put in a 15" Powerbook cover, then slipped in the front of my bag with my headphone.

It goes pretty much everywhere with me! No added bulk, no bullshit.

It aint for looking at

The one on the meter is a stark reminder to the dooches that like to push it. And because I had custom channels and stuff, all the channel marking were wrong, so I had to label them all.
