DJR400 - Left Master out (XLR) not working

I have a 3 year old DJR400.
The Left XLR master out doesn't work, no sound AT ALL.
Does anyone know how to fix besides sending it back to Jerome?

i use the qsc K12s at a club here pretty...

i use the qsc K12s at a club here pretty regularly and i can say that they do sound pretty good for a self powered BUT they do start to clip after a few hours. They are great up until the room fills...
